Court Marshalls

Today in early morning the team of court marshalls had come to the area of
Generala Vasilyeva Str. in Simeferopol where one of newly built Crimean
Tatars settlements is placed. About 50 people of special miliotia forces
Berkut followed them.

They demonstrated to the local inhabitants the court decision with the
order to citizen Daniyal Ametof to free the plot from illegally built
buildings for the using of legal owner of the land firm "Fregat"
specialised on cars selling.

The local Crimean Tatars declared that there is not Mr. Ametov among them
so marshalls should frist of all to find that person and to talk with him.
The marshalls tried to find Mr. Ametov at his house which is placed in
abslutely another part of Simferopol City and were failure.
Then about 50 workers of firm Fregat tried to establish the wall around
the disputable land plot constructed from pieces of iron.
Crimean Tatars prevented them to do it.

Till the midday it looked as team of marshalls with militia patrol went out.
However afternoon they apeared againd and tried to repeat their attempt.
More than 300 of Crimean Tatars met to the moment at the place. They built
the alive chain around the land plot and did not allow to the workers and
marshalls to come into the area.For the moment authorities went away.
